Bookings Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS: Excluding Christmas/New Year, Easter, Long Term (14 + nights) & Group Bookings

  1. A valid credit card number must be provided at the time of booking including the expiry date and CVV number.

  2. The guests email address must also be provided.

  3. A non refundable deposit of $150.00 will be charged against the credit card number provided on receipt of the booking. If the total accommodation charge is less than $150 the entire cost of the stay will be charged as a deposit.

  4. The balance of accommodation is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: Excluding Christmas/New Year, Easter, Long Term (14 + nights) & Group Bookings

  1. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date a cancellation fee applies.

  2. The cancellation fee equals the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking.

  3. Changes to the booking may be permitted subject to the approval of the Managers. 

  4. Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equal to the total accommodation booked.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR BOOKINGS: (Between 23rd December & 2nd January inclusive)

  1. A valid credit card number must be provided at the time of booking including the expiry date and CVV number.

  2. The guests email address must also be provided.

  3. A non refundable deposit of $300.00 will be charged against the credit card number provided on receipt of the booking.

  4. The balance of accommodation is payable on the 15th December, or on arrival, whichever occurs first.

  5. Cancellations made after the 15th December will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the accommodation booked.

EASTER, LONG TERM (14 + Nights) & GROUP BOOKINGS:

  1. A valid credit card number must be provided at the time of booking including the expiry date and CVV number.

  2. The guests email address must also be provided.

  3. A non refundable deposit of $150.00 will be charged per unit against the credit card number provided on receipt of the booking. If the total accommodation charge is less than $150 the entire cost of the stay will be charged as a deposit.

  4. The cancellation fee equals the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking.

  5. Changes to the booking may be permitted subject to the approval of the Managers.

  6. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equal to the total price of the accommodation booked.

NO SMOKING POLICY   

For the comfort of our guests all units are non-smoking. This includes the doorways into units. We reserve the right to apply a $250.00 surcharge to guests who smoke in units or doorways.

UNIT NUMBERS

As our unit owners also enjoy holidaying in their unit at The Shores from time to time we cannot guarantee a particular unit number for your stay. However we will guarantee the unit type and will try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Likewise, if you are part of a group and wish to stay in units close to each other, please advise us on booking so we are aware of your special needs.

LATE CHECK INS & LATE CHECK OUTS

If you are planning to arrive after 5.30pm please contact us by phone on the day to receive after hours instructions. Departure time is 10am unless prior approval has been obtained from Management.
