Tariffs

1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011

(Tariff includes accommodation for 2 persons. Extra persons $20 per night)

• Extra persons $20.00 each per night.
• Children under 2 FOC.
• Cot Hire $20.00 per stay.
• Stretcher bed Hire $20.00 per stay.
• Tariff of 4 weeks or more is available on request.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights, with the exception of Christmas, New Year, Easter and Special Events.
• Deposit of $125.00 or credit card number as a guarantee is required within 7 days of booking.
• One night stays may be available under certain circumstances by phone booking only.
• Special conditions apply for Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Special Events bookings, including minimum night stays and deposits payable.

Cancellation Policy: (excluding the Christmas, New Year period)

If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, an
administration fee of $30.00 shall apply. If your booking is cancelled more than 24 hours and less than 7 days prior to your arrival date you shall be charged $125.00 as a cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before your arrival
date or you fail to arrive, you will be charged for one night's accommodation at our
overnight rate.

Cancellation & Booking Policy for Christmas/New Year period: (From 23rd December to 3rd January inclusive)

Deposit of $250 to be paid within 7 days of booking. Balance of Accommodation to be paid by the 15th December, No check-ins or check outs on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day or Public Holidays for these days. Cancellation fee of $125 applies if booking is cancelled prior to the 1st December. Deposit forfeited in full if booking is cancelled after 1st December. Minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to availability.
